With the help of an amazing team I help facilitate the day-to-day operations and monitor the overall company financially. I studied Kinesiology at Georgia Southern university from 2002-2007. I held a position of Vice President for a worldwide finance corporation for over eight years. In that role I learned how to manage, work with others, and most importantly how to operate with integrity.
My life revolves around family, work, and sports. I have a passion for the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves with the Falcons and Hawks not far behind, but nothing comes close to watching my son and daughter doing what they love on the field. My children keep my wife and I extremely busy in our day to day and to be honest I couldn’t imagine my life any other way!

Hi, I am Miles Lathem, the co-owner of Ridgeline Roofing and Construction. I have 13 years of experience in the roofing and construction industry. I am a canton Native, a USAF veteran and am very active with youth sports in the community. My wife Taylor and I have 2 wonderful boys who keep us very busy! You can usually find us traveling between the baseball field, football field and the basketball court. My goal with Ridgeline is to offer our customers honest work for an honest price.

Hi! My name is Ashley and I am the Office Manager here at Ridgeline Roofing & Construction. I am a Canton Native who has been in the roofing and construction industry for 3.5 years. Faith, family, and community are my priorities.
I am dedicated to providing excellent customer service and I love to help others! When not at work, you can usually find me on the ball field watching my son play ball! As a family, we love to camp, watch movies and be outdoors.
